Platform & sub-processor disclosure

Amplify CRM is built on the GoHighLevel platform under a white-label arrangement. GoHighLevel acts as a processor that hosts and powers the CRM, messaging, automation and related features we provide to you. Data you and your contacts submit through our forms, chat and CRM is stored and processed within the GoHighLevel platform on our behalf.

Payments for our subscriptions are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store full card details on our own systems; card data is handled by Stripe under its own terms and security standards.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you provide (such as name, email, phone number and business information) via our forms, chat or when booking a call.
  • Messages and enquiries you send us, including over WhatsApp and web chat.
  • Usage and device data collected automatically when you visit the site (such as pages viewed and general analytics).

How we use information

  • To set up, support and improve your Amplify CRM account.
  • To process payments and manage billing through Stripe.
