WhatsApp Business + Amplify CRM

WhatsApp CRM for Bahrain sales and service teams

Connect supported WhatsApp Business conversations to contacts, opportunities, follow-up and booking—without treating a personal phone as your sales system.

Check plans and add-ons

Optional add-on · Number eligibility and Meta approval apply · Human hand-off included in setup

A shared customer workflow

Make the conversation part of the CRM record

A WhatsApp CRM setup should do more than display messages. The practical goal is to connect each supported conversation to the contact, sales owner, pipeline stage and agreed next action.

Amplify CRM combines the channel with the wider Bahrain CRM platform. Your final workflow is confirmed during onboarding; it is not activated as an unreviewed, one-size-fits-all bot.

Define before launch

  • Which business number and onboarding route to use
  • Who owns each enquiry type
  • What automation may say or send
  • When a person must take over
  • Which events update the sales pipeline
From message to owned next action

What the connected workflow can include

Availability depends on the approved number, connected channel, plan and implementation scope.

1

Keep the contact history together

Connect supported WhatsApp conversations to the same CRM record used for forms, appointments, opportunities and follow-up activity.

2

Give every enquiry an owner

Route new conversations to an agreed person or team and make the next action visible instead of leaving leads in a personal inbox.

3

Move qualified leads into the pipeline

Create or update an opportunity when the agreed qualification conditions are met, with the conversation context available to the sales team.

4

Use approved automation

Acknowledge enquiries, collect useful details, send reminders or offer available appointment times through workflows configured for your process.

5

Hand over to a person

Set clear escalation rules for complex questions, buying signals, complaints or anything outside the approved knowledge and workflow.

6

Review and improve

Monitor ownership, response handling and pipeline progression, then adjust prompts and workflows based on real conversations.

WhatsApp onboarding

Choose the correct number path before connecting anything

Current platform onboarding supports three broad routes. The right one depends on how your number is used today.

  1. 1

    Review the current number

Confirm whether it uses the Business App, another provider, or is a new number.

  2. 2

    Prepare Meta access

Use the correct Meta Business Account and matching public business details.

  3. 3

    Verify the number

Complete the applicable login, migration and SMS or voice verification steps.

  4. 4

    Test before launch

Check inbound messages, ownership, templates, automation and human hand-off.

Platform requirements change. Review the current official WhatsApp onboarding guide before starting. Activation timing depends on number eligibility, verification and platform review.

Boundaries matter

What the add-on does not promise

Connecting WhatsApp does not make every number immediately eligible, remove Meta's messaging rules, guarantee approval or turn an unreviewed message sequence into a compliant campaign.

Templates, customer consent, message categories, quality and sending limits remain subject to the applicable platform rules. We scope the supported workflows and any usage charges before activation. Unsolicited bulk messaging is not an appropriate use.

Suitable when you want

  • A shared operational view of enquiries
  • Clear ownership and human escalation
  • Contact and pipeline context together
  • Approved follow-up and booking workflows
  • Local help reviewing the setup
WhatsApp CRM questions

What to confirm before you connect a number

Is the WhatsApp Business inbox included in every Amplify CRM plan?

No. It is an optional add-on for any plan. The published Amplify CRM price is USD 97 per month, and the team confirms the suitable number-onboarding route and any applicable message or platform usage charges before activation.

Can we keep our existing WhatsApp Business number?

It depends on the number's current setup and eligibility. Current platform onboarding offers routes for eligible WhatsApp Business App coexistence, a new business number, or migration from another Business Solution Provider. The existing setup must be reviewed before choosing a route.

Does WhatsApp connect to the sales pipeline?

Supported conversations can be associated with the CRM contact and opportunity, allowing your team to assign ownership, update a pipeline stage and trigger approved follow-up or booking workflows.

Can a person take over from automation?

Yes. Human hand-off rules are part of the configuration. The team should decide which questions automation may handle, which contacts require escalation and when automated replies must stop.
